It delivers assurance of safe and competent staff by preventing site access policy breaches and managing site access policy. This means that only qualified, trained and inducted people are granted access to your premises and impending competency expiries are managed.

Proactive and pre-emptive workforce management reduces the risk of operational downtime that can occur when staff don’t arrive at work and site shutdown in the event of a safety breach, as well as financial penalties for non-compliance under audit and legal action from injured employees.

Access decisions are communicated based on business policy via ‘at the door’ distributed hardware such as a door reader screen or by text message. Such notifications can include upcoming expiry of an employee’s licences or competencies which can be proactively addressed – for example, an employee entitled to use a pool car can be notified when their driver’s licence is about to expire.

Individuals can subscribe to specific events and schedule when they want to receive the notifications (via text or email), depending on their roles and responsibilities. Commonly used reports can also be generated on a recurring schedule and automatically emailed to intended recipients.
