Professional Services
Our Professional Service Team works hand-in-hand with customers to help them achieve the most from their investment in Gallagher security systems. We work in partnership with our Channel Partners to understand customers’ existing business processes and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to ensure that all opportunities are realised.
Training
We offer customers Gallagher System Administrator and Operator Training via our Channel Partners. This training is designed to help you use your Gallagher system as effectively and efficiently as possible, saving you time and money on your day-to-day security management.
Channel Partner and System Integrator Training are available via Gallagher’s Training department and technical staff globally.
Our Channel Partners are required to undergo training and regular recertification to maintain their competency in the commissioning and maintenance of Gallagher systems and their eligibility for partnership. System Integrator Training supports software engineers who develop interfaces to third-party applications using Gallagher APIs.
