Software Maintenance supports your site security by making sure it keeps pace with the latest technology and Microsoft® operating platform releases. These enhance your system performance and allow you to benefit from new core Gallagher Command Centre functionality. It also ensures that you have the opportunity to take on new optional features and support for new hardware devices. This is all part of our R&D commitment for the introduction of new features and regular software releases which include downloadable software upgrades for:
• Gallagher Command Centre
• Gallagher Controllers
• Field devices supporting downloadable code
• Features that your site is licensed for.
Software Maintenance is between you (the site) and Gallagher. Gallagher will send your Channel Partner (nominated service provider) all upgrades for the period of the Software Maintenance and notify you of all upgrades. Software Maintenance is calculated annually on the current value of the site licence.
