In the event of an emergency, a user signals for help using the Security Escort wireless help-call system and the user’s or asset’s name, description and location is raised via a network of transmitters, receivers and responders within the Gallagher Command Centre. Security personnel respond to the alarms via Gallagher alarms management, the alarms being displayed on a site plan and recorded in the database.
