Gallagher makes a considerable R&D investment in its systems to ensure they meet our customers’ needs now and for the future – and our Channel Partners are a key part of this delivery.
Channel Partners are selected for their proven competency in systems integration, installation, product knowledge and customer service to deliver maximum benefits for customers. Training modules have been developed for all our systems and regular re-certification is required.
Channel Partners are kept informed of technical solutions, installation notes, manuals and release notes and training details and can report any feedback or problems directly to Gallagher online.
In addition to our 24/6 telephone technical support centres, technical account managers and engineers are located in the market to provide back-up expertise for our Channel Partners as required.
Technicians and engineers responsible for the design, commissioning, maintenance and enhancement of our systems are certified and periodically tested on their knowledge of the current system through re-certification.
