Command Centre offers the ability to present any of the following information to the controlled challenge operator, with support for positioning and sizing of this information on the screen:
- A cardholder image tile.
- Name, division, description and any personal data.
- Current status of cards, competencies or access groups, notifications or relationships.
- Cardholder history.
- Cardholder expiries tile.
- Cardholder notes previously recorded for the person.
- Event trail showing where the person has recently used their card as well as recent operator modifications to the person's information (e.g. changes to the person's details, cards or access).
- Site plan.
- Status tile.
- Live video from any integrated camera, allowing challenge operators remote from the entry point to view and compare on screen cardholder information with the person requesting entry to view and compare on screen, the stored cardholder image against the live image of the person requesting entry.
Managing the Challenge Queue
Command Centre Premier in v7.00 now offers an operator new flexibility in managing simultaneous challenge requests from multiple controlled entry points.
Challenge events from different entry points can be presented to an operator at the same time and within the same viewer.
An operator needing more information from a person at one entry point can now choose to switch to an alternate challenge request, processing that event before returning to the original cardholder.
Pop-to-front Challenge Viewers
Assisting operators who perform background tasks and utilise controlled challenge entry. Viewers can automatically pop to front when a new challenge request occurs.
