When an operator retrieves a cardholder's information, Command Centre Premier offers a new option providing additional information about the person and their recent activity.
The cardholder's filtered event trail provides a recent history not only of where the cardholder has been but also operator modifications to their details or access. It provides a packaged history suitable for reviewing cardholder behaviour and diagnosing access issues.
- The number of prior events or prior timeframe to display (e.g. events for the last 2 4hours) is configurable.
- Event trails are dynamic and update in real time as the cardholder accesses new areas.
- Can also be used for operator audit, displaying a list of recent actions an operator has taken within the system, e.g. processing alarms or assigning access.
