Gallagher Intelligent Door Terminal
Incorporating a dot-matrix LCD, keypad and digital intercom, the Gallagher Intelligent Door Terminal (IDT) is a feature-rich reader for high security access control:
• Intruder alarms can be set and unset by authorised cardholders
• The back-lit dot-matrix LCD enables the display of prompts, time and date, feedback and cardholder names
• If an alarm is triggered, an operator can activate the intercom to listen to what is happening in the area
• The ability to download future software upgrades over the network
For sites that implement cardholder competencies, the IDT can provide on-screen text feedback to cardholders about pending competency expiries, the required corrective action to prevent access denial or the action required to reinstate competencies if access has been prevented.
