This integration allows for the viewing of live and playback video footage from Milestone recorders within Gallagher Command Centre and offers event exchange between the two systems.
The Milestone Remote Client also serves for more advanced video management, including PTZ and audio in/out. Gallagher events can be used to trigger, for example, PTZ camera positions and start recording in Milestone.
Milestone events such as video motion detection and camera tampering can be relayed to the Gallagher system for further processing.
The three solutions for event link integration are:
• Invoking a Milestone Active X within the Gallagher workstation (live and playback)
• Invoking the Milestone Remote Client from the Gallagher workstation (enabling configuration of more complex views, PTZ, audio in/out, timeline etc)
• Event link – exchange of events between the two systems using the Gallagher Controller interface. For example, sending motion detection or video events to Gallagher or sending events from Gallagher to Milestone.
