Gallagher Security is optimistic the 2011 ISC West show in Las Vegas will produce positive activity for the global security company this financial year.
Gallagher has just participated in its 6th exhibition at ISC West, acknowledged as the security industry’s premier launching pad for new products, solutions and technologies. ISC West organizers were pleased to announce a 10% growth in show floor space on 2010, stating “it’s a good economic indicator for the security industry.”
Gallagher Security General Manager, Curtis Edgecombe, agrees.
“Last year we witnessed growth in general show traffic and an increase in direct enquiries about Gallagher’s access control and perimeter security solutions. Over the past 12 months the enquiries turned into opportunities and we’re confident the same will occur for the next 12 months."
Mr. Edgecombe says the 2011 show was a valuable opportunity to discuss security strategies directly with channel partners and customers.
“Given ISC West’s listing in the Top Fifty Fastest Growing Trade Shows in North America, Gallagher acknowledges the significance of this show to the security industry and to our channel partners.”
"This year we introduced a range of new access and perimeter security products including Cardax FT Version 7 and the integration to perimeter disturbance sensors. The solutions Gallagher can provide to the market are extensive and we are excited to present them to a burgeoning market."
Over 10 percent of the attendance at ISC West was international, with security professionals from Canada representing the largest amount of participation, followed by Mexico, Brazil, Korea and Australia.
